THE BRIEF

What the game needed.

Build an underwater treasure expedition around a seven-by-seven cluster board, with a clear primary action and a consistent visual world.

A decision that shaped it.

Deep teal water and warm brass frame the action. Pearls, sea creatures and cut gems give each symbol its own silhouette, while the vault and controls share the same weathered metal surfaces.

WORK IN THE PROJECT

What came together.

  • An underwater environment, treasure symbols and a distinctive title treatment.
  • A responsive browser game frontend with a seven-by-seven board, game controls and feature states.
  • Authored character motion, result presentations and repeatable gameplay replays for visual review.

The implemented result.

The implemented frontend carries the underwater world through its board, control dock and result screens. These development captures show the base scene and a staged win presentation.

Brine & Gold is a cluster-pays slot on a 7x7 grid. The interface work was about keeping one clear primary action in reach while the board, the balance and the result presentation all compete for space, on a phone as well as on a desktop screen.
